  Not worth your time.
  
  Extremely disappointing customer service experience. Went there to get 2 documents bound. The gentleman at the counter proceeded to bind one of the documents and then went on lunch. It looked like someone else took over the job so we just waited (feeling bad that we were holding up the queue), however after 40 minutes of waiting this 2nd person asked if we were being looked after. The job was literally left there whilst the person had gone to lunch. No apologies or explanation - very disappointing customer service.
  
  The store manager ensured the job would be complete on the following day and offered to give us a 50% discount which, for an $8 is a bit cheap given the circumstance. He was helpful and understanding.
  
  When we picked the documents up on the following day however, we were charged BOTH the discounted and full price. So we have to head back to Officeworks to get the refund.
  
  Officeworks employees are usually pretty switched on, but I wouldn't count on these guys.
